Shipping policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send a photograph of the damaged / broken jar(s) also and inform us on the specific item(s) that are broken along with your invoice reference number. Once the photograph is accepted we will replace the item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received ones photograph(s) you will be automatically refunded with in 48 hours and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hour. Please remember to provide us with your bank account details and a bank confirmation letter, email address and South African Identification document. Proof of payment will be Forwarded to you.
