This a wonderful blend of South African Kalamata olives and Greek Halkidiki. We slice fresh garlic and add this along with rosemary and our South African extra virgin olive oil to the olives.
Add a handful of these wonderful olives to your salad. Don’t forget to pour the rosemary and garlic infused extra virgin olive oil over your salad. The flavour is exquisite. Pinot Noir is a great accompaniment with the kalamata olives. Try a crisp sauvignon blanc with the Halkidiki olives.

The 3kg buckets of tapenades and pesto's are perishable and have a refrigerated shelf life of 8 weeks.
